Erica is currently the Managing Director of the Good Work Institute (previously, where she choreographs leadership programs for entrepreneurs, placemakers, and community leaders in New York's Hudson Valley.  

Erica has over a decade of experience in Community economic development and has consulted and financed hundreds of diverse businesses. As a fellow, she helped launch the microfinance platform Kiva in the US, and went on to run regional lending in New York for the nations leading microfinance institution, Accion. Through her practice, Consulting for the New Economy some of her projects included: entrepreneur curriculum development for the Queens Public Library, developing business development strategies for Small Business Solutions Center in New York City, and leading the design of a revolutionary business plan and strategy for the California biodynamic winery, Bonny Doon Vineyard. As an adjunct lecturer at City University of New Erica is honored to have taught entrepreneurship and economic development to undergraduate business school students at the most ethnically diverse campus in the United States.

She sees all of her work as pathways to building fair and joyful places where all people feel they can belong and thrive. Trained in dance from an early age, she grew to believe that each of our unique spirits and gifts, when given the access to be fully expressed, are a generous and genuine service to humanity. 

Being a part of the Future of Feminine, a great honor for her, signals an emergence of her courage to balance and integrate feminine values in the leadership of our world of great potential. #persist
